Fantastic!
My daughter has recently discovered this little gem of a garage. I appreciate how well they look after her and her car. They always fit her in rapidly and she feels comfortable with them and trusts their word. Its not always easy for young girls to approach a garage but they are friendly and trustworthy showing and explaining things to her. Prices are very reasonable. They respond to emails quickly and always try to fit her in as soon as possible. Reliable, knowledgeable, excellent mechanics with a friendly, kind and efficient service, what more could you ask for!

Great Guys 
I took my Peugeot in there after a crash and the front end damage was bad. Undriveable. Within 24 hours i had it back running smoother than it did before! 
They communicated with me brilliantly, explaining to me what they were doing as they went along and breaking down all of the costs to show me what I've been charged for. They also genuinely tried to save me as much money as possible, with full clarity, giving me the choice whether to use second hand parts and telling me which damage didn't essentially need to be fixed there and then. The day after I drove the length of the country and it was fine!
A few times since then I've just pulled up outside their door with problems and they've actually managed to fix it that same day. The guys are fair and won't try to rip you off. Genuine specialists.

My 2000 W MX-5, which I have owned from new was showing signs of rust around the rear wheel arches. The work was done to a excellent standard and at a third of the price quoted by local body shops.

what a fantastic garage 
Went in with C5 anti pollution fault expecting weeks of misery as experienced at main dealer. The car was plugged in to diagnostics and gave a non specific fault. The technician correctly identified that it had never had a fuel filter, which was completely black and clogged causing fuel starvation. Car has been perfect since , Cheap and got car back same say

The most honest and straight forward guy I have ever met. Nigel will NOT rip you off . Never the'sharp intake of breath' syndrome. We have a Subaru, Toyota and our son has Mazda mx5 - They all go to NDB because we know that we will be treated fairly and honestly by the nicest guy in the auto business. We always recommend him to friends and colleagues and none has ever been let down. Whatever make and/or model of car you have he will always do his best to help and fix what ever problems you have with your car.

Dennis Macharia - Travelling from London to work in Norwich, I decided to leave my car for servicing and mot at Concorde auto centre in Norwich while I was at work. Later in the day I was told that I needed to pay£600 to get the car fixed which I just couldn’t believe. Luckily a colleague at work recommended NDB auto centre so I took my car there and they sorted out my car without trying to up sell me on things I didn’t need! They even buffed off some scratches I didn’t know I had on the body and gave the car a good clean!! I would travel all the way from London to NDB autos again in a heart beat. It’s rare to find good honest service these days but when you do, you stick with them. Chris is a great guy

 Great guys. They can normally fit us in with about 3 days' notice. I know they do Citroën, I think they do Peugeot too. They don't seem to overcharge for anything. Usually when I get the car back they say "it should have cost £X but we've charged you £Y", with Y<X obviously.
They're very convenient if you work in Norwich City centre, they open at 8:30 so I drop the car off before work and it's normally ready by lunchtime.

I went into meltdown when three warning lights came on in my car last week and went into NDB first thing in the morning, even though he was really busy and had two staff out he agreed to do it for me so I left my car with him and collected it later in the day, superb company, superb service and very friendly, I wasn't late for work and didn't have to have any time off work which was a bonus as we were very short staffed that day. 
They now have my car booked in for Full Service, MOT and Cam Belt and they have my daughters car in for some repairs, so helping a damsel in distress as paid off for them
